"It’s been one year since I packed my car and pack line to the brim, picked up Sara and drove the 3 hours up north to Carl Larsson-gården, Lilla Hyttnäs. We were about to shoot Karin’s Collection, my fabric collection inspired by the Swedish artist and icon Karin Larsson."

"I had long wanted to make a fully upholstered ottoman, a piece of furniture that has proven impossible to find in Scandinavia. A piece that could be used as a coffee table or bench. Lina came up with a stunning design with futuristic, cone shaped legs and I was thrilled to see the pieces come together with my fabrics.The level of detail, quality and craftsmanship is so amazing! I am so happy and proud to have been a small part of this collection."

A summer note
"This summer I will be taking my first real holiday in four years. I have delegated everything to my wonderful team and my plan is to check in on work as little as possible for as many weeks as possible. When I started this business four years ago, I luckily was oblivious to the amount of work that was going to be required of me. To be honest, the only thing I really knew how to do was design patterns."

Dopamine, one of the feel-good chemicals in the human brain, plays a role in the way we mark and remember pleasurable experiences. The dopamine décor aesthetic is all about decorating in a way that stimulates the brain through the use of layered colors, patterns and textures."

The constant demand for new
"I love this business that we are in. To be able to work with what I love is nothing I take for granted and I thoroughly enjoy working with textiles, color and interiors on an everyday basis. I cherish the people and factories that I get to work with and I look forward to many more years of developing my brand and business. But there is one thing I struggle with. Especially as it goes against our way of producing; the slow and conscious way of producing. And that is the constant demand for “new!”."

"My love for American quilts started about ten years ago. I remember seeing the most beautiful quilt thrown over an armchair in a summerhouse in the Danish edition of Elle Deco. I went down the quilt rabbit hole online, learning as much as I could about this fantastic craft and its history."

"My new blog where I will share topics on a more personal note. Whether it be the perfect Gin Sour recipe, my favorite spots in Stockholm, my thoughts on style or the stories and inspiration behind our patterns. I have always loved to write and I am really looking forward to pinning down my thoughts and reflections in a lengthier format. As this is my very first On Repeat, I thought I would make a proper introduction."
